Resolution checker

Forget about modifying every workflow and remembering when to set the “Resolution” field to clear.

When this option is enabled, for any issue that changes its status from STATUS NAME (Done) category to another category like STATUS NAME (To Do) or STATUS NAME (In Progress), the "Resolution" field will be automatically cleared.

By default, this option is disabled and you can enable it in the E4J settings.

Export/Import full Dashboard configuration as/from file (EJSON)

You have the option to save the full dashboard configuration (layout, all gadgets with their configuration and filters) to an EJSON file. You can import this file to recreate the entire dashboard.

This functionality is especially useful in situations where dashboards must be fully recreated from the test environment to the production environment.

Hidden fields and original names - regardless of how the field was modified (e.g. by Script Runner, Power Scripts or pure JavaScript), they will be temporarily unhidden and marked with the appropriate color.

Customer Portal - show ID's and original field names (including hidden fields)

On the Customer Portal, you can now quickly display ID's and original field names, Request Type Groups IDs, as well as Request Types IDs and their hidden fields by clicking the eye icon. To hide this data, click the eye icon again.
