This solution is dedicated to administrators who need see all the fields that have a value but have been hidden in the configuration for some reason (fields hidden in Field Configuration, fields not on View Screen or fields not in Project/Issue Type Context)

Go to issue view → click Admin button → choose Hidden Fields Helper
