2023-06-23 | Extender for Jira 4.18.0 Release

Released version 4.18.0 is compatible with Atlassian's Jira >= 8.0.0 platform.

New features:

JQL Filter details - quick actions for Jira Administrators (Take ownership and Delete filter)
Jira global search - added Group preview to quickly manage a group anywhere in Jira
Ability to disable "Show when empty" in Extensions Configuration page - since version 9.9.0 Atlassian introduced the Show or hide empty fields in the issue view feature. This option disables the feature globally so that Jira Administrators or Project Administrators can't change the state of the fields.

We have introduced a significant change in the Project Documentation

In the following sections, data is limited to loading only the first 100 custom fields in a global context:

If Jira Administrator enable the "Load all field data in global context" option in the documentation configuration (this option is available only for Jira Administrators), application will load all custom fields to the above sections, which can have a significant impact on page loading time and server load.

We recommend verifying and reducing the number of global contexts to as few as possible before checking this option.
