You will be surprised how many minutes you spend in JIRA on searching link to Customer Portal. With this add-on, you have solutions at your fingertips.

Service Desk/Management Menu add into JIRA top navigation bar new section with all Service Desk project for users who have permission to create issues in specific project.



Configuration

Go do Add-ons and click Menu Configuration in Service Desk/Management section (left menu).

  1. You can change projects priority in Project list priority field (reorder projects using drag & drop method)
  2. You can hide projects in Project list to hide field
