it.Lab does not collect, transfer, store, or process any private/sensitive information in the apps available on the Atlassian Marketplace. This applies to applications suitable for Server/Data Center products.
Account data
Apps listed on the Atlassian Marketplace
Any personal information required for licensing and billing is collected and processed by Atlassian and is governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the Atlassian Privacy Policy. it.Lab has access to personal and billing information as part of the reporting and analytics features provided by Atlassian to Marketplace vendors.
This information can be used for analysis and improvement of the it.Lab applications. It may also be used to contact you regarding service updates of apps for which you are listed as the technical contact.
it.Lab may use 3rd party services for such communications, in which case it will ensure that a Data Processing Agreement is in place (in accordance with EU Data Protection laws).
Support data
it.Lab uses Atlassian Jira Cloud with Jira Service Desk to provide customer support. Customers who wish to contact it.Lab support are required to create an Atlassian ID account. Any personal information requested in the account sign up process will be collected, stored and processed by Atlassian and is governed by the Atlassian Privacy Policy.
As an active or potential customer, you may register in our Service Desk to submit support tickets or be registered by submitting a support request per email. At that time we will store your name (if entered), email address, and support details in our Service Desk systems running in the Atlassian Cloud. If the support details should include personal data, please anonymize the data beforehand. If you wish for your personal information to be removed from the it.Lab Service Desk, please contact our support team at support@itlab.net.pl.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used by Atlassian to collect usage information on the Atlassian Marketplace apps listing pages. Any private information collected by Atlassian or third party partners on the Atlassian Marketplace website is governed by the Atlassian Privacy Policy. Although it.Lab does receive Google Analytics data from the Atlassian Marketplace website, it does not control the collection, storage and processing of such information.
Google Analytics is also used for collecting usage information regarding the it.Lab website(s). A tracking cookie may be placed by Google to enable the collection of analytical data. The information collected is stored anonymously. No other cookies or tracking technologies are used by it.Lab.
The Data Security and Privacy Statement can be changed without prior notice, as our policies may change or as part of a requirement to comply with relevant laws.
